Spinach and Bacon Quesadilla
2 ea Tortilla
2 slices Bacon (thick cut)
1 handful Spinach
1 cup Shredded Cheese (I use a blend)
1 tsp Butter
1 ea Egg
¼ cup Fresh Salsa
1. Cook in saute pan.
2. Add spinach. Cook until wilted.
3. Lay mixture onto tortilla.
4. Sprinkle with cheese.
5. Top with 2nd tortilla.
6. Heat butter in same saute pan used earlier.
7. Toast quesadilla in butter on both sides.
1. Cut quesadilla into quarters.
2. Top with fried egg.
3. Garnish with salsa.
