Ribeye…onion…bell pepper…cheese sauce…mmm…
This classic dish named after the city that is coined with it’s original development…Philadelphia Cheesesteak, or Philly Cheesesteak, is a very comforting meal. And it should be slightly messy (like most incredible street food…haha)!
PRO TIP: Plan on serving 3-4 people with 1 pound of ribeye.
- 2 ea Hoagie Roll
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 8 oz Ribeye thin sliced
- 1 ea Red Bell Pepper julienne
- 1 ea Green Bell Pepper julienne
- 1/2 ea Onion julienne
- TT Salt/Pepper
- 1 cup Cheese Sauce
- 1 Handful Your favorite Chips…
Heat olive oil in saute pan.
Add sliced ribeye and saute until brown. (approx. 2 min.)
Add peppers and onion. Saute to soften.
Season TT (to taste).
Place mixture onto both rolls.
Drizzle each with cheese sauce.
Serve with chips…
