I got the privilege of taking over Studio4 for the day just to bring you this Prime Rib recipe! Perfect meal for New Year’s Eve!!

Prime Rib
Ingredients
- 1 ea Prime Rib (6-8 lb)
- 8 ea Garlic Clove sliced thin
- TT Kosher Salt / Black Pepper
- 2 cups Red Wine
- 4 cups Beef Stock
- 1 ea Shiner Bock 12 oz. bottle
- 5 sprigs Fresh Thyme leaves only
Instructions

Place prime rib at room temperature for approx. 30 min.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Make small slits in prime rib and insert garlic slices.

Season liberally with salt and pepper.

Place on a roasting rack in a roasting pan.

Roast for approx. 2 hours (or until 135F; medium-rare).

Place roasting pan on stove.

Deglaze with red wine. Reduce.

Add beef stock and Shiner Bock, and reduce by 1/2 .

Whisk in thyme and season to taste.

Slice meat and serve with Shiner au jus.
