This recipe is SUPER SIMPLE…and packs a FLAVORFUL PUNCH!
I use the condiment on dozens of recipes including:
–Pork (chops; tenderloin; roast)
–Beef (steaks; tenderloin; roasts)
–Chicken (breasts or bone-in cuts)
–Vegetables (asparagus; brussels; squash; etc.)
–Cheeses (mozzarella; queso fresco; bleu; etc.)
–Breads (glaze; smear; or dipping oil)
So keep this in your repertoire for those times you need a quick, easy, impressive, and home-made condiment.
3 tbsp Olive Oil (or Grapeseed Oil)
2 tbsp Parsley (fine chopped)
1 ea Lemon (both zest AND juice)
TT Salt and Pepper
1. Simply whisk lemon juice and oil together with fork.
2. Fold in parsley and zest
3. Season TT (to taste)
