This infused oil has a deep depth of flavor and can be used to take many recipes to the next level! Condiment: Black Garlic Oil
Ingredients
- 5 ea Garlic Clove sliced thin
- 2 cups Sesame Oil
- 1 Pinch Kosher Salt
Instructions

Place all ingredients into sauce pot.

Heat to simmer.

Reduce heat to 175F-180F for 30 min.

Cool. Store at room temperature in airtight container.
