This infused oil has a deep depth of flavor and can be used to take many recipes to the next level! I like to make a larger batch than necessary and store in an airtight container for use as a finishing oil for most Asian recipes, for dipping bread, and even as the oil in a vinaigrette. *Check back to see how I use this condiment in Kimchi Pork Ramen on Studio 4.
Condiment: Black Garlic Oil
- 5 ea Garlic Clove sliced thin
- 2 cups Sesame Oil
- 1 Pinch Kosher Salt
Place all ingredients into sauce pot.
Heat to simmer.
Reduce heat to 175F-180F for 30 min.
Cool. Store at room temperature in airtight container.
