Today on KAMR 4 Today in Amarillo, I show you a super simple way to create a granola that you can customize to your preferences. Not only is it the exact mixture of things you like…it’s gonna cost a fraction of the cost of pre-made granola in the market! In this segment, I’ll show some additions like sunflower seeds, pistachios, mulberry, and dried cherry; BUT…feel free to add flax, chia, chocolate, caramel, coconut, dried fruit, etc. The possibilities here are literally limitless! Then, toss it in a ziplock bag and bust it out with some yogurt or greek yogurt for a quick breakfast or snack. (I even like the granola by itself as a snack mix) <—*and I may or may not pair it with a cold beer later in the day!
