We are honored to announce that Chef Rocky and our NINETEEN49 Catering team were recently featured in the “What’s Cooking” column of Amarillo Magazine. Three of Chef Rocky’s most noteworthy seasonal dishes—1) ahi tuna with cilantro gremolata, 2) brie fig sandwich and 3) mint berry panna cotta—are highlighted in the column, which features recipes for crave-worthy summer foods. Chef Rocky also goes into detail on the science behind why our minds and bodies crave these kinds of ingredients when the weather changes and things heat up.
