Chapter 1: The Journey Begins

Exactly nine months after launching this publication, I have successfully reached my first significant milestone: 1000 followers. How did it all begin?

Initially, when I hit 10,000 followers, many individuals shared their struggles with getting accepted into a publication, especially at the early stages of their writing journey. Despite offering all the guidance I had at that time, many still faced rejection. This inspired me to take action for those aspiring writers. Though my schedule was tight, I decided to create a publication on Medium.

The first few months posed challenges since I was inexperienced in managing a publication. Despite having 10,000 personal followers, I struggled to attract followers to the publication itself. Thankfully, many who sought my advice were eager to become contributors.

Section 1.1: Current Status

Fast forward to today, we have reached 10,000 followers for this publication, with over 50 active writers contributing more than 30 new articles daily.

Analyzing the statistics reveals that since the beginning of the month, we have garnered over 7,000 article views and more than 3,300 reads.

Furthermore, as of last week, we welcomed two new editors, Zahier Adams and Tooth Truth Roopa Vikesh, who will expedite article approvals and enhance the publication's visibility.

Subsection 1.1.1: Future Aspirations

Looking ahead, my goal for the publication is to reach 3,000 followers by December, ideally with 100 active writers. Additionally, I aim for the publication to achieve over 50,000 views and a reading rate exceeding 50%.
